Deconstructing Beliefs while Maintaining Values
In this episode, we take a look at how our beliefs inform our actions and ways of interacting with the world, and how they can change, while still maintaining our values. Broadly, beliefs are based on lived experience, while values are based on needs. Using real-life examples, we look at how our own beliefs have changed over the years and improved our lives, while still honouring the values we hold dear.
